History

MALBA was created in 2025, following the new dynamics of AI in the world, with the purpose of revolutionizing the way customers interact with businesses on a daily basis.

 

After an in-depth analysis of the market and global benchmarks, we identified a clear problem: even with a large online presence, most businesses still don't exploit their full potential due to structural limitations.

 

Download requirements, long workflows, and wait times create friction that loses customers every day. To change this, we developed a white-label solution focused on transforming this experience, allowing users to enjoy all the benefits of a physical store, but online: via text or voice, instantly, 24/7, on a channel they're already familiar with.

Our leadership team comes from a market that has already gone through this transition: the financial sector.

 

With experience building a WhatsApp Banking solution that reached hundreds of thousands of active users in its first month, we realized that the digital experience challenge went far beyond this use case, proving to be a global pattern of behavior.

It was from this vision that MALBA was born, bringing together experts from major asset managers and fintechs in the country with a clear mission: to revolutionize the way businesses position themselves in the digital environment.
